Although some manufacturers may not accept returns, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery to customer. Shipping returns are at the cost of the customer. All products must be returned unopened and sealed in re-sellable condition in order to receive an exchange, refund, or store credit. therapeutic skincare will not issue a refund, store credit, or exchange until product is received and met the criteria. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to the cost of shipping.
