  • Can I get the Koodel shipped to a different state other than California?

    As of today, the original Koodel is only available in the Coachella valley. To satisfy the demand of our customers, we are diligently working on a brand new Koodel snack that will be available nationwide in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.

  • The Koodel tastes delicious. There is just the right amount of sweetness to it. Do you add any sugar to the recipe at all ?

    There is absolutely zero sugar in the Koodel.. The only “sweetener” we use is a very small quantity of organic honey. The sweetness is mostly given by the Fuji apples which are one of the sweetest apples varieties you can find.

  • Can I freeze the Koodel ?

    Yes absolutely. Like any other baked goods, the Koodel can be frozen and enjoyed at a later date. Wrap the Koodels individually in plastic wrap or place them in resealable sandwich bags. You can keep the Koodels in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. At your convenience, place your Koodel in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. In the morning, place it on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 10-15 seconds until warmed through.

  • When is the best time to eat the Koodel if I am watching my weight?

    The Koodel is low fat, high energy and protein rich snack that can be eaten either as a meal replacement or as a snack if you’re physically active. Avoid eating it later during the day as carbohydrates could be stored as fat if not used for energy purposes.

  • Can I cancel my Koodel subscription at any time?

  • When is the best time to eat a Koodel?

    A Koodel can be enjoyed as a snack between meals, as a pre-workout “booster” but also after physical activity to ensure proper recovery. The Koodel has a very balanced macronutrients breakdown so it could very well be consumed as a meal replacement

  • Can I eat a Koodel even if I am trying to lose weight?

    Absolutely! Losing weight is directly linked to the energy balance. If you’re taking less energy (calories) than you burn through physical activity and basic bodily functions, you will lose weight, that is an indisputable fact. Eating a healthy snack such as the Koodel will actually help you stay away from unhealthy foods often containing refined sugar and will therefore support your weight loss regimen.

  • What is the Koodel’s macronutrient breakdown?

    The original Koodel is a well balanced snack when it comes to nutrient proportions. One Koodel (120 grams / 4.25 oz) contains 29 grams of healthy carbohydrates, 10 grams of muscle building protein and only 4.5 grams of unsaturated fats. Whether you’re having a Koodel for breakfast or as a snack on the go, it will give you that needed boost of energy and help you getting through any day with a smile on your face.
