The Koodel Co. promotes, manufactures, distribute healthy snacks for health conscious people. Through our Platform, we offer package and subscription Services, where we deliver delicious snacks. The first product we launched, the Original Koodel, is baked fresh to order in our certified kitchen and is distributed throughout the Coachella Valley and neighboring cities. in exactly the right proportions, as well as other Products. All Koodel Co. products are made with high quality natural ingredients destined to promote health and optimum performance. 

 

2. Eligibility

 

Our Website is not targeted toward or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using the Koodel Co. website, you represent and warrant that you (a) are 18 years of age or older, (b) are a legal resident of the United States, (c) have not been previously suspended or removed from the website, or engaged in any activity that could result in suspension or removal from the website, (d).

5. Subscription Terms of Service

 

Ordering Services

You may order the Koodel

Co. product by following the directions on the Site. Once you order one Koodel

Co. product using our subscription services, your subscription to the product will automatically renew every month until you cancel your subscription by following the directions on the Site.




Monthly Delivery

As a subscribed Koodel Co. member, we will deliver your snacks to your doorstep. BY SUBSCRIBING YOU AGREE TO PAY THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE PRODUCTS THAT ARE SUPPLIED EACH DELIVERY.




Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may get in touch with us by emailing us at contact@thekoodelco.com




Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for any reason. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Credits may be issued towards future items in rare occurrences at our discretion.




Membership Cancellations

Subscribers may cancel their membership anytime. To cancel an active subscription, visit the "My Account" page. From there, customers can manage their current order, payment information, active subscriptions, and shipping address.




Cancellation

If you would no longer like to receive our snacks and your subscription is currently active, you are solely responsible for canceling your subscription before it renews. All sales are final. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Koodel Co.
