…  or with one single dream. A dream that could  ignite the spark to a new adventure. 

In early 2023, I had a very vivid dream that would later lead to the founding of the Koodel Co.; I saw myself as an 10 year old boy looking  at my mother while she was baking my favorite dessert, the Swiss apple strudel. The memories of the aromatic smell that invaded our home and the delicious taste of the mouth-watering apple pastry are still very present in my mind. 

The next day I woke up with a very clear vision: I was going  to create my very own version of my mother’s recipe by combining an all American classic, the cookie with the traditional Swiss apple strudel and call it “The original “Koodel”.  

The original Koodel is now reality and is available to all Coachella Valley residents. The Koodel Co.’s motto “Healthy Snacks for Every Body” implies that our goal is to bring healthy and nutritious snacks to a much wider customer base. It is with this commitment in mind, that we are  working on the next snack, the Koodel Protein bar.
